Located in the 3rd arrondissement of the Marais, the Ineko cafe is a long and light filled room designed by François Champsaur. In the kitchen, chef Manon Negretti prepares sophisticated French cuisine.
In this zen space, you can enjoy a tea, or order food.
The menu offers a wide variety of fresh food such as Lozère lamb shoulder, yellow chicken thighs, roasts, an assortment of vegetables and fresh cod with clams, prepared with watercress cream and mushrooms. Vegetarians are also catered to, as the restaurant offers meat-less versions of every dish.
While the desserts might be simple, they sure do hit the spot. Cafe Ineko offers apple and pear crumbles flavored with vanilla, and strawberry coulis rice pudding.
It's definitely a spot to visit to eat in peace away from the chaos of Paris.
