In the kitchen, Simon Horwitz. This 34-year-old chef already has many lines to his resume. Passed by several renowned tables, he is also a real globe-trotter, South America, Australia, Asia, Mexico... At Elmer, he puts his knowledge to serve a cuisine where mingle his different culinary experiences but always with local and seasonal products!
When you push the doors of the restaurant you enter in a modern and luminous place with four concrete columns between which you can see a vast room with family and individual tables and the open kitchen with its rotisserie.
The menu is a short card but high in color, with a lunch menu starting from 25 € and a dinner menu from 50 €. The dishes are a real effervescence of tastes and colors : Terrine of wild boar & vegetable pickles; Quasi veal from the Basque Country; Cod with rust, celery and Brussels sprouts ... The dessert menu is not left out: Poached Pear, Crumble with Hazelnut, Chocolate Ganache ...
And if you have trouble choosing the wine to accompany your meal, do not panic, Sebastien Perrot who is winemaker, wine merchant and sommelier is present in the dining room to advise you.
